Ingredients
1 tablespoon Wildtree Grapeseed Oil
½ green bell pepper, diced
½ onion, diced
1 (15.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies or jalapenos
1 (15.5 ounce) black beans, drained and rinsed
2 teaspoons Wildtree Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
6 eggs
6 tablespoons Wildtree Taco Sauce for serving

Method of Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat Grapeseed Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the bell pepper and onion. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes, green chilies, black beans, Garlic Galore, and smoked paprika; stir to combine. Sauté 10 minutes. Crack eggs over the top of the mixture. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on how you like your cooked. Remove from oven. Serve with desired toppings (queso fresco, avocado, cilantro, tortillas) and Taco Sauce.

Breakfast Bake ♥✿•.¸¸✿

Ingredients

1/4 cup milk
5 eggs whisked
1 can refrigerated biscuits (I used the Pillsbury flaky kind)
6 green onions sliced
4 to 6 strips of bacon crumbled
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

Combine whisked eggs and milk in a large bowl. Cut biscuits into quarters (using scissors) and stir into egg mixture. Let the biscuits soak in the egg mixture while you cook and crumble the bacon, slice the green onions, and shred the cheddar cheese. Add everything into the large bowl. Mix everything up and pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. (make sure the eggs are no longer runny as each oven varies) Serve warm!

Ingredients
2 cups steel cuts oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons Wildtree Hearty Oatmeal Mix-in: Sugar & Spice
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 ½ cups milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
¾ cup walnuts
1/3 cup raisins
2 apples, diced

Method of Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl combine the oats, baking powder, Oatmeal Mix-in, and salt. In a separate bowl whisk together the milk and syrup. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir in ½ cup walnuts, raisins, and apples. Transfer to a greased 8×8 baking dish. Top with remaining walnuts. Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly before serving.

Ingredients
1 package of Wildtree Texas Cornbread Mix
1 cup of flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 large eggs
2 cups lowfat milk
3 tablespoons Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil

1 cup of water
1 1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup fresh corn kernels

Method of Preparation
From the first column of ingredients, mix all of the dry ingredients together first to ensure proper distribution. Then add all of the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Put two ears of corn in a pot of boiling water and allow to cook for about 10-15 minutes. Once the corn is cooked and cooled, slice off kernels. Place the sugar, water, and corn kernels in a small sauce pot and allow it to heat up and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Pour 1/2 cup of batter onto a skillet on medium heat for a large fluffy pancake. Cook pancakes until bubbles form on top and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and allow pancake to cook. Serve with fresh sweet-corn flavored syrup.

Nutrient information includes 1 pancake and 1 tablespoon of syrup.

Nutella French Toast

Ingredients:
10 Slices of white bread
Nutella
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Butter(for frying)

Method:
1. Remove crusts from bread (do not discard – I make breadcrumbs with the crusts)
2. Roll each slice of bread with rolling pin
3. Spread one side of each slice of bread with Nutella, making sure you spread right to the ends
4. Roll up bread tightly , dab a bit of nutella to seal if required.
5. Whisk egg and milk in a shallow bowl
6. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl, mix well
7. Heat the butter in a pan, dip each roll in the egg mixture until well coated, then place in the hot pan. Lightly fry each slice until golden.
8. Roll in the sugar/cinnamon mixture
9. Serve immediately

Snowy Gingerbread Waffles

Ohhh now this just sounds good! I LOVE gingersnaps! This would make the whole house smell SO GOOD on Christmas morning!

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. ginger, ground
1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. molasses
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. olive oil
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Mix all ingredients, except the powdered sugar with a whisk until smooth and creamy.

Pour approx. 1/3 c. batter onto hot waffle iron.

Serve with powdered sugar sprinkled over them or pour your favorite waffle topping.

Serves: 12 (1/2 each)
