Method of Preparation
Heat the Grapeseed Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly brown the pork loins on all sides. While the pork is browning, grease the inside of your slow cooker. Place the pork in the slow cooker and add the taco sauce, onion, carrots, tomato paste, black pepper, and bay leaves. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. After the pork is cooked remove it from the slow cooker and shred on a cutting board using two forks. Patty’s Creamy Ham & Potatoes

creamyhamandcheesetaters

MY own concoction! Creamy Ham & Potatoes

You may want to cut down on the ingredients. I always cook enough for a meal for four plus leftovers. LOL

Ingredients
8 red potatoes, cubed
2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
1 lb cubed fully cooked ham
3/4 cup diced sweet onion
2 cans (10 oz size) cream of celery soup, undiluted
2 cans of milk (use the soup can to measure)
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp pepper

Directions
In a greased (sprayed) slow cooker, layer the potatoes, cheese, ham and onion.

In a bowl, combine cream of celery soup and milk. Whisk in the flour and pepper. Pour over the other ingredients in the crockpot.

Cover and cook on low. About 5-6 hours or until the potatoes are tender.

Stir before serving.
