Heat the Grapeseed Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly brown the pork loins on all sides. While the pork is browning, grease the inside of your slow cooker. Patty’s Green Beans and Ham

In six hours, yummy goodness!

MY green beans and ham recipe

2 lbs of fresh green beans
2 lbs of ham
4 baking potatoes
1 small onion.

Dice the ham, onion and potatoes. Put everything in the crockpot along with 3 cups of water and season to taste with pepper. Put on low for about six hours. Easy peasy!

Patty’s Creamy Ham & Potatoes

MY own concoction! Creamy Ham & Potatoes

You may want to cut down on the ingredients. I always cook enough for a meal for four plus leftovers. LOL

8 red potatoes, cubed
2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
1 lb cubed fully cooked ham
3/4 cup diced sweet onion
2 cans (10 oz size) cream of celery soup, undiluted
2 cans of milk (use the soup can to measure)
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp pepper

In a greased (sprayed) slow cooker, layer the potatoes, cheese, ham and onion.

In a bowl, combine cream of celery soup and milk. Whisk in the flour and pepper. Pour over the other ingredients in the crockpot.

Cover and cook on low. About 5-6 hours or until the potatoes are tender.

Stir before serving.
