Out of all the Water recipes I have posted, this is the all time favorite.

APPLE CINNAMON FAT FLUSH

Boost your metabolism naturally with this ZERO CALORIE Detox Drink. Put down the diet sodas and crystal light and try this out for a week. You will drop weight and have
TONS ON ENERGY! Sounds yummy!

Makes one big pitcher, re-fill water 3-4 times before replacing apples and cinnamon.

1 Apple thinly sliced (whatever your favorite is)
1 Cinnamon Stick

Drop apple slices in the bottom of the pitcher and then the cinnamon sticks, cover with ice about 1/2 way up then add water.

Let it sit in the fridge overnight.

ingredients
2 cups spinach, fresh
1 mint leaf, fresh
1 cup water (optional)
2 cups ripe cantaloupe, rind removed
1/2 cup blueberries
1 apple
1/2 lime, fresh squeezed

– Serves 2 –

directions
Blend spinach, mint leaf and ripe cantaloupe until smooth. You do not need to add a liquid-base to this recipe because of the high water content in ripe cantaloupes. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.

* Use at least one frozen fruit to make the green smoothie cold.

1 cucumber
1 lemon
1 or 2 oranges
2 limes
1 bunch of mint

Slice them all and divide the ingredients between four 24 oz water bottles and fill them up with filtered water. Drink daily Not only does this taste delicious and help flush fat, but it also counts toward your daily water intake!

Lemons: Help in the absorption of sugars and calcium and cuts down your cravings for sweets.

Cucumbers act as a diuretic and flush fat cells. It is alkalizing to the body (if you have an alkaline body, no diseases can live there), and increase your energy levels.

Limes promote a healthy digestive tract.

Mint is a natural appetite suppressant that also aids in digestion.

Cheesecake Milkshakes
Servings 4

Ingredients
1 ½ quarts vanilla ice cream
½ cup milk
3 tablespoons Wildtree Cheesecake blend of choice

Method of Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until they form a cohesive milk shake at your preferred thickness. For thicker shakes add more ice cream and for thinner shakes add more milk. Top your shakes with extras like whipped cream, fresh fruits, or even chocolate.

Make the Recipe in Water Bottles…….Place In the Refrigerator and Just Take 2 or 3 Out to take with you, if you know you won’t be home for long periods of time!!!

The longer it sits, the better it tastes. You can eat them as well but they are intended as flavoring and still work, so that is a personal choice. The Vitamin C turns fat into fuel, the tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin, and the cucumber makes you feel full. Try it for 10 days and see what you think!

Ingredients per 8 oz serving

Water
1 slice grapefruit
1 tangerine
½ cucumber, sliced
2 peppermint leaves
Ice – as much as you like

Directions
Wash grapefruit, tangerine cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit and tangerine (or peel). Combine all ingredients (fruits, vegetables, 8 oz water) into water bottles.

Close Cap Tightly, Shake, Put In The Fridge Over Night, Take Out a Few Bottles for the Next Day & Enjoy!

You want to be very cautious on the type of bottles you use, if you are planning to re-use them. Many plastic bottles release toxins when repeatedly used. Try to find bottles that are BPA-free.
