Ingredients
4 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas
2 teaspoons Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup pepperoni
½ green bell pepper, sliced
¼ cup sliced black olives
8 ounce tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Wildtree Perfect Pizza Seasoning

Pizzadillas – Wildtree Recipes

Method of Preparation
Heat nonstick skillet or griddle over medium high heat. Brush one side of each tortilla with Grapeseed Oil. Turn tortillas over (oiled side down) top half of each tortilla using ½ cup of the mozzarella. Top cheese with pepperoni, bell pepper, and black olives. Top with remaining ½ cup cheese. Fold empty tortilla half over to form a half crescent shape. Cook assembled pizzadillas on each side until golden brown and crisp. While pizzadillas are cooking, heat up the tomato sauce with Pizza Seasoning. Serve with pizzadillas for dipping. Adjust filling ingredients to your preference.

Ingredients
16 ounce French bread
8 ounce fresh mozzarella, thinly
1 cup roasted red pepper, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon Wildtree Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons fresh thyme
½ cup Wildtree Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

Method of Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice French bread in half and then slice both halves lengthwise. Place all pieces on a baking sheet cut side top. Top each with mozzarella slices and roasted red peppers. In a nonstick skillet heat the remaining ingredients over medium heat until the tomatoes are slightly softened and the vinegar is reduced, 5-7 minutes. Spoon the mixture over the bread slices. Bake the assembled French bread pizzas for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is crisp and cheese is melted.

Cauliflower Crust Pizza

It’s amazing, Really!

***Low carb crust that tastes so much better than bread pizza crust**

Ingredients
2 cups grated cauliflower
1/2 cup shredded light mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
2 tsp parsley
Dash of Italian seasoning
1 green pepper
1 yellow or green onion
1 tomato
Bunch of fresh basil
Garlic powder, to taste

Directions
Chop pepper, onion, tomato, and any other toppings you like. Set aside. Shred ½ cup light mozzarella (for topping) Use a cheese grater or processor fitted with an S blade to grate the cauliflower tops only. Add to bowl with the mozzarella, spices and eggs. Spray a round or rectangular metal pan with cooking oil before spreading the dough evenly. Bake at 450° F for 12-15 minutes. Remove the dough from the oven and sprinkle chopped green pepper, onion, tomato, fresh basil, Italian seasoning as well as the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Return the pizza to the oven. Return to oven and cook until the cheese has melted and the crust is crispy.

Patty’s Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Okay, gang! I promised to post this! Here’s what we had for dinner tonight!

Patty’s Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Ingredient List for everything (this is for ONE pizza)
1 lb boneless chicken breasts
½ lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Sage
5 tbsp of butter
½ cup milk
Wildtree Grapeseed Oil, any flavor
Wildtree’s Alfredo Extraordinaire Mix
Wildtree Organic So Quick & Easy Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
½ cup very warm water (120-130 degrees Fahrenheit)
Wildtree Tuscan European Dipping Oil
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook bacon in oven. Here’s how: Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Put a cookie cooling rack in the cookie sheet. Spread the bacon out on the cooling rack. Bake in oven at 450 degrees for about 20-30 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Let bacon cool and then crumble.

Chicken: Cut 2 lbs of chicken breast into small pieces and brown in a skillet with about 1 tbsp of Wildtree Grapeseed Oil, the diced onion and your choice of seasonings. I use Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Pepper, and Sage. Add the bacon.

Sauce: Melt 5 tbsp of butter in ½ cup of milk (any combination of milk and half-and-half). When totally melted, add a package of Wildtree’s Alfredo Extraodinaire Mix and whisk or stir briskly until combined.

Dough: In a large bowl, whisk together dry blend, ½ cup very warm water and 1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil until ball forms. Turn dough out onto a floured work surface and knead for 2 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover, let rest on floured surface for 10 minutes. Shape dough into a 12-14 inch circle on pizza pan or sheet pan.

Add Alfredo sauce, then chicken, bacon and onions, then shredded cheese. Brush on Wildtree Tuscan European Dipping Oil on crust edge. Bake on the lowest rack in a 450 degree oven for 12-14 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Zucchini Pizza Sticks

SIMPLE EASY SIDE DISH…

Slice the zucchini in half. Slice off the bottom to keep in stable. Brush with olive oil and top with garlic or garlic powder. Top with sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Use mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese or mixed blend.. Bake 375 for 20 to 30 minutes until soft.
