1.Â Â Â Â Â Soak a wash cloth or gauze in one cup of hot water and 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt. Apply this compress 3x a day for 10-15 minutes to help relieve the infection.
2.Â Â Â Â Â Apply tea tree oil in diluted form 3x a day. Add 10 drops of oil in Â½ ounce of water to make it diluted form. Tea Tree oil is an effective antibacterial agent.
3.Â Â Â Â Â Use Peppermint essential oil; apply this oil directly to the abscess. It also has antibacterial and antiseptic properties.
4.Â Â Â Â Â Apply crushed garlic to the abscess as a poultice. Garlic has antibacterial properties
5.Â Â Â Â Â Take 1000mg of Vitamin C with bioflavonoids to support immune system and also relieve/reduce skin inflammation.
6.Â Â Â Â Â Take a Zinc supplement to support skin function and immune system.
