MY own concoction! Creamy Ham & Potatoes
You may want to cut down on the ingredients. I always cook enough for a meal for four plus leftovers. LOL
8 red potatoes, cubed
2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
1 lb cubed fully cooked ham
3/4 cup diced sweet onion
2 cans (10 oz size) cream of celery soup, undiluted
2 cans of milk (use the soup can to measure)
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp pepper
In a greased (sprayed) slow cooker, layer the potatoes, cheese, ham and onion.
In a bowl, combine cream of celery soup and milk. Whisk in the flour and pepper. Pour over the other ingredients in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low. About 5-6 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
Stir before serving.
