Patty’s Meatloaf


This is a recipe that my Mom used to make all the time when we were kids. I tweaked it a little but still delicious!


Patty’s Meatloaf

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb Bob Evans sage sausage
3 bread slices
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup minced onion
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp celery salt
¼ tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp sage (may need to cut in half, depending on taste)
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Mix ingredients. Spread in ungreased loaf pan 9x5x3
Top with ketchup if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours.
