Snowy Gingerbread Waffles


Ohhh now this just sounds good! I LOVE gingersnaps! This would make the whole house smell SO GOOD on Christmas morning!

Snowy Gingerbread Waffles

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. ginger, ground
1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. molasses
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. olive oil
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Mix all ingredients, except the powdered sugar with a whisk until smooth and creamy.

Pour approx. 1/3 c. batter onto hot waffle iron.

Serve with powdered sugar sprinkled over them or pour your favorite waffle topping.

Serves: 12 (1/2 each)
