Squeeze Into a Weight-Loss Reminder
YOUR DAILY DIET TIP

What’s the first thing you do when your clothes start to feel a little too tight? You put on a baggy sweatshirt and loose pants to go along with it. Instead of breaking out your “fat clothes” every time you gain a few pounds, try squeezing into your skinny clothes as a reminder of what size you really want to be.

Wearing too-tight clothes when you’re heading out to dinner will serve as a good reminder of which foods you should and shouldn’t eat, and how much.

Instead of unbuttoning your pants after a large meal, buckle your belt one notch tighter before you dig in so you don’t end up overindulging.

Squeeze into your favorite “skinny” jeans and let your tummy bulge out over the top when you’re lounging at home and tempted to snack your way through an entire Saturday TV movie marathon.

If you’re uncomfortable being seen in too-tight clothing in public, wear a loose jacket so that only you are reminded of why you’re eating a salad instead of a cheeseburger.

Use this trick as long as it takes to reach your weight-loss goals and you’ll be delighted to find that your skinny jeans fit just right, once again.
