1 package of Wildtree Texas Cornbread Mix
1 cup of flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 large eggs
2 cups lowfat milk
3 tablespoons Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil

1 cup of water
1 1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup fresh corn kernels

Method of Preparation
From the first column of ingredients, mix all of the dry ingredients together first to ensure proper distribution. Then add all of the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Put two ears of corn in a pot of boiling water and allow to cook for about 10-15 minutes. Once the corn is cooked and cooled, slice off kernels. Place the sugar, water, and corn kernels in a small sauce pot and allow it to heat up and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Pour 1/2 cup of batter onto a skillet on medium heat for a large fluffy pancake. Cook pancakes until bubbles form on top and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and allow pancake to cook. Serve with fresh sweet-corn flavored syrup.

Nutrient information includes 1 pancake and 1 tablespoon of syrup.
