Bruschetta French Bread Pizza

16 ounce French bread
8 ounce fresh mozzarella, thinly
1 cup roasted red pepper, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon Wildtree Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons fresh thyme
½ cup Wildtree Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

Method of Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice French bread in half and then slice both halves lengthwise. Place all pieces on a baking sheet cut side top. Top each with mozzarella slices and roasted red peppers. In a nonstick skillet heat the remaining ingredients over medium heat until the tomatoes are slightly softened and the vinegar is reduced, 5-7 minutes. Spoon the mixture over the bread slices. Bake the assembled French bread pizzas for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
