Let Go of Last Night’s Worries


Good morning Everyone! Anyone else have a lot on their minds last night? How about getting woke up in the middle of your sleep and your mind racing with problems and what if’s? Let me tell you, that is no way to live. It’s tiring and it’s miserable. It makes you less than good company.

Take a deeeeeep breath, whisper a prayer of gratitude for everything you ARE blessed with and focus on thegood things in your life. The bad stuff..well it may still be there but you need to balance the scales. Don’t lean to heavily on your worries. Think it out logically. Put it down on paper. Seems many times that it isn’t quite as bad as we think once in black and white.

This is my favorite time of year with the beauty and magic of the holidays here but it’s also the time of year when the sun doesn’t shine as much and many get depressed because of it or the fact that they have loved ones who have left this world and their sense of loneliness is awful. Keep them in your mind and reach out to them because they need it. If it’s you, I’m always around and would love to chat and encourage you.  <3
